Teefa in Trouble is an upcoming Pakistaniromantic action comedy film. The film is a directorial debut of Ahsan Rahim, who is known for directing the music videos and television commercials with several Pakistani artists under his Tadpole Films. It stars Ali Zafar and Maya Ali; both will also make Pakistani film debut through it. It will also be the debut film under Zafar’s banner Lightingale Productions.

Pre-production work began in 2016 when Zafar, Rahim and Danyal Zafar wrote the story and screenplay. Principal photographytook place in Lahore and Warsaw between 18 February and 26 July 2017. Ali Zafar also gave the music, while film score has been given by Shani Arshad. The film is scheduled to be released on 20 July 2018; it will be distributed by Mandviwalla Entertainment and Geo Films nationwide.It will also be the first non-Indian film to be distributed internationally by Yash Raj Films.
