American manosphere influencer Braden Peters, widely known online as “Clavicular,” has been indicted on charges of raping a minor in the United States, according to judicial documents made public on Tuesday, September 22.
The 20-year-old faces charges of rape, drugging a person for the purpose of sexual relations, and purchasing and supplying alcohol to someone under the legal age of 21. The alleged offenses occurred in May 2025 at his parents’ residence in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Arraignment Scheduled for October
According to the court documents, Peters is scheduled to be arraigned on October 14. The influencer has denied the accusations on social media, where he maintains a significant following.
Peters rose to prominence through his promotion of “looksmaxxing,” a practice that involves modifying one’s physical appearance to conform to “alpha male” stereotypes — often through unproven and dangerous methods.
