Momentum is an upcoming 2015 South African-American action thriller film directed by Stephen Campanelli in his directorial debut and written by Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan. It was co-produced by Anton Ernst. Starring Olga Kurylenko, Morgan Freeman and James Purefoy, the film had its world premiere at the 2015 Fantasia International Film Festival, on 22 July 2015, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, the hometown of the director. The film was written as the entry point in a film series.The film will be released in the United States on October 16, 2015.
