RAHIM YAR KHAN – Two suspects nominated in the brutal kidnapping, murder and rape case of Kainat Bibi were killed during a police encounter in Khanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, according to a police spokesperson.
The deceased suspects have been identified as Allah Ditta Jamali and Hasnain Jamali. Police officials stated that the suspects opened fire on the police team upon spotting the officers, forcing the police to retaliate in self-defence.
Weapons Recovered from Killed Suspects
During the exchange of fire, both nominated suspects were killed. Police also recovered illegal weapons from their possession at the scene.
Following the encounter, a search operation has been launched in the surrounding area to apprehend other criminal suspects who managed to flee during the shootout.
Background of the Kainat Bibi Case
The case involving Kainat Bibi had drawn significant public attention due to the severity of the crimes committed. The police had been actively pursuing the nominated suspects in connection with the kidnapping, murder and rape allegations.
Authorities have confirmed that the operation was conducted based on intelligence reports regarding the suspects’ presence in the Khanpur area.
The police spokesperson said further investigations are ongoing, and the search operation will continue until all remaining suspects involved in the case are brought to justice.
