A domestic dispute in rural Sindh turned deadly on Sunday when a man allegedly opened fire inside his home, killing his wife and another man before escaping, police said.
Shooting Erupts in Samai Unar Village
The incident occurred in Samai Unar village, where the accused, identified as Mir Hassan, allegedly fired on the victims during an argument, according to police.
The shooting claimed the lives of Hassan’s wife and a second man who was present inside the house at the time.
Suspect at Large as Police Launch Manhunt
Larkana Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Azhar Mughal confirmed that the accused fled the scene immediately after the shooting.
The bodies of the two victims were shifted to a hospital to complete medico-legal formalities.
SSP Mughal said police teams were conducting raids at multiple locations in an effort to arrest the suspect, expressing confidence that he would be taken into custody soon. Further investigation into the incident is underway.
