Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have welcomed their second child, a baby girl, nearly two years after the birth of their first daughter, Dua.
The couple shared the news through a joint Instagram post on September 19, revealing an image of their newborn’s tiny footprint. The announcement card carried the message “Welcome Baby Girl” alongside the date September 19, 2026, and the names Dua, Deepika and Ranveer.

A Growing Family
Padukone and Singh tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their first daughter, Dua, on September 8, 2024. The couple announced their second pregnancy in April 2026 and, ahead of the birth, shared maternity photographs featuring Padukone, Singh and their eldest daughter.
The name of their newborn daughter has not yet been announced publicly.
