ISLAMABAD – Prison authorities at Adiala Jail have received an official list of six legal representatives from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) who are scheduled to meet the party’s founder, Imran Khan, today. The meeting aligns with the standard weekly schedule allocated for legal consultations and family visits.
Authorized Legal Team Members
The delegation, formally communicated to jail officials by PTI leadership, comprises a core team of the party’s legal defense. The approved individuals are:
- Barrister Gohar Khan
- Salman Akram Raja
- Naeem Haider Panjutha
- Raja Yasir
- Mian Hassan Shakeel
- Mian Irfan Bashir
These lawyers are expected to arrive at the Rawalpindi facility to discuss ongoing legal matters and party affairs with the incarcerated former prime minister.
Family Visit Also Anticipated
In addition to the legal team, PTI sources have indicated that Imran Khan’s sisters are also expected to visit Adiala Jail on the same day to meet their brother. Tuesday is the designated day for such interactions under the current prison protocol.
