Speaking at the launching ceremony of Quantum Valley Pakistan in Islamabad, Iqbal said the initiative would create opportunities for the growth of startups and high-tech businesses, positioning the country to compete in emerging global markets.
The minister welcomed an agreement between Quantum Valley Pakistan and the Cambridge Innovation Center, saying the collaboration would open new avenues for technological development and strengthen Pakistan’s capacity in modern technologies.

Iqbal stressed that a strong economy was essential for achieving success in the country’s defence and diplomatic spheres. He pointed to the government’s Uraan Pakistan initiative as a vehicle for advancing economic development across the nation.
The minister also said Pakistan had gained new recognition on the global stage following what he described as a major victory in the Marka-e-Haq, and noted the country’s role in efforts surrounding the Iran-US ceasefire.

According to Iqbal, the launch of Quantum Valley Pakistan marks the beginning of a new journey aimed at equipping Pakistan’s youth with modern technological skills and creating opportunities in emerging fields.
