QUETTA — Security forces killed three India-sponsored militants during an intelligence-based operation in Awaran district of Balochistan, sources confirmed on Thursday.
According to the sources, the operation was carried out in the Badrang area under Operation Raddul Fitna 3, a continuing counterterrorism campaign across the province.
Weapons and Ammunition Recovered
A quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the slain militants, the sources added, describing the seizure as a significant blow to the networks operating in the region.
Operations Disrupt Militant Activity
Security sources said sustained operations in different parts of Balochistan were inflicting losses on militant groups and disrupting their activities.
