Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has revealed that he does not want his children to follow in his footsteps and enter the film industry. Kapoor shared, “There are many things I don’t want my children to learn from me. I want them to be naturally more confident, which I believe they are. I wasn’t naturally that confident. I wouldn’t want them to do what I do.” The actor, known for his versatile performances, further explained that he would prefer his children to pursue a simpler and less tumultuous career.
“Don’t come into films, do something else. There are too many ups and downs, and it’s very tough. If they want to, it’s their choice, but I would prefer they choose something easier. Acting is very complicated,” he added. Kapoor’s comments reflect his desire to shield his children from the pressures and uncertainties that come with a career in Bollywood.
