ISLAMABAD — Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Syrian Arab Republic Asaad Hassan Al-Shaibani landed in Islamabad on Thursday for a two-day official visit, responding to an invitation from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
Upon arrival, the Syrian dignitary was received by the Additional Secretary for the Middle East at Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Al-Shaibani is accompanied by a high-level official delegation, signaling the importance Damascus attaches to this diplomatic engagement.
